Everyone enjoys being admired, and it is very flattering when someone tells you that they do admire you. But if you are too forward, and he's not really ready, you could scare him off even if he does like you. If you happen to catch him looking at you in class (which is a good indication that he likes you too), just give him a friendly smile and a wink, to let him know you don't mind HIM noticing YOU. It'll make him feel attractive, without requiring him to really respond, if he's not ready. The best way to attract someone is to make him feel good about himself. After that, just keep the door open. If he doesn't make a move, try sitting down with him in the lunchroom and striking up a conversation. Tell him you think he's cool, or smart, or nice... whatever you think his best qualities are, and that you'd like to be friends. Then just get to know him. Remember to compliment him on things that are worthy of compliment (but don't gush), be relaxed and casual. Make him feel comfortable with you and make him feel good about himself when he's with you, and you will find that he will want to spend more and more time with you. Laugh at his jokes. Smile and blush if he flirts. Basically just be yourself, and don't rush it. Give it a few weeks and if you don't see him starting to "notice" you then either he's really not ready for a girlfriend, or he's just not interested in you that way... but at this point you can still be friends, if you want to be, without having to put yourself too far "out there."

If you tell a guy you like him, that's a sure way to scare him off. If you want him to notice you, first become great friends. Talk to him as a friend, act like he's just another guy, when there's a group that needs to study for an exam invite him, but don't make a big deal about it. First, he's got to get to know you and believe me when a guy finds a girl that's fun, outgoing, loves sports, he'll want to be your friend and before long, you two will be dating. Now, it might take a while, maybe several months, but you will always have a great friend.

Observe him. The way he behaves with u. If its anything more than cordial and u think he likes u (any which way).. just walk up 2 him and gently/cutely ask him out for a date.. with a smile.. and be confident.. dont be too shy..
Now, unless u are horrible to look at or have the weirdest possible hair-do.. methinks the guy is gonna fall for u..
All the Best!
