It's not something that is like that iconic light-bulb over the head. You don't suddenly realize it right when it happens. Love takes time, and committment, and compromise. But if you have love, you should never let it go. When you love someone, they make you smile even when you don't think you can. Love is when your heart is so full that your chest hurts, and you feel as though you can't take it. Love is more than flirting and kissing and physicality. Love is emotion and communication. I hope you find it.

answer this question: If your partner (the person you "love") got into a car accident tomorrow and was sentenced to a wheel chair for their life, would you stay with him/her?? Not only that, but would you want to still be with him/her ?? If the answer is yes, then you have found the difference between love and like. When you love someone, you won't question yourself as to whether or not you're in love, becasue you'll just know. Love is when it actually hurts to think about your life w/o that person. Love is when you can look into your partners eyes and say a million words w/o a trace of sound. Love is the best, worst, happiest & saddest, greatest, hardest, most amazing thing that you will ever experience. Trust me, you'll just know.

childrens could be like that, moody or withdrawn. it is achieveable he feels wronged that he wasn't enjoyed. There were a few things that let me know that I'm IN love.
1) You love this person unconditionally. You love them because of they're an amazing person and you love them despite their flaws.
2) You are willing to do anything for this person but with in reason. You're not going to jump off a dangous cliff for them just because they asked you too.
3) You make each other better people. You push each other to be better and strive for the others approval.
4) You truely make the other happy. Just the thought of them brings a smile to your face.
5) They are someone that has seen the absolute worst of you and love you because of it.
So those are the 5 big one for me. Of course it's different from person to person and there are plenty of other reasons why people fall in love. But I know that love is something that develops with time and you won't notice right away but it'll be there when the time is right.

im goin through the same prob i have liked dis guy for four years but my way of telling if ur in love or not is. If u cant stop thinking about them, No matter what they do you you can get mad at them but not for a long period, you have been waiting for them for a long time, you are willing to wait for them, you can never think of anyone that is more perfect than them, ( you write poetry, books, storys about them ) those are my thery's of knowing your in love and i pasted all of these with 100% so i am in love! 1. are you willing to die for this person if necessary?
2. would you donate a kidney to them?
3. sleep in the same bed with them if they were ill ,couldn't bathe for a week?
4. No matter how bad they look do you still see beauty ?
If you can answer yes too ALL these questions, you are in love.

Sweetheart, there are so many ways to tell if you're in love. you're in love when you lay eyes on that person, you smile, and your heart smiles. When you hear words to a poem or love song and you think about that person, you're in love. If you want to say "I love you" so bad before getting off the phone, you're in love. When you try to stay mad at that person, but you can't, you're in love. If the sound of their voice or mention of their name make you smile, or makes your heart skip, you're in love. If you love their eyes, lips, nose, laugh, et., you are in love. If you can't wait to be near or next to that person, you're in love. If you find yourself missing them and not focusing on what you should, u r in love. If all you want to do is make them happy, you're in love. If you would watch them sleep, sweetie you're in love. There are so many other ways, but pay attention to this next one the most baby. When your heart tells you that you love this person, baby you're in love.

ok all the people answering this question are idiots except me now u ask how do u know when ur in love now let me ask u a question. What is love? has anyone really ever experienced it and if they havent well how is anyone supposed to know when they are in love so really does love actually exsist
