First do you think that she likes you back? If you're not sure you need to be semi safe with your gift. Something like a little stuffed animal and a flower, if you're pretty sure she does like you get her something like the above and then a card where you write in it that you really like her.
If you're not sure the card could still be a good idea but give her the other things first and guage her reaction.

buy her something small. have your mom help you pick out something like a pretty sparkly bracelet. just to show her that you care.
