Wally World, Jewel and CVS sells Therabreath and it's pricey, but worth it. Sometimes they have a free tongue scraper in the box. I like this product bc it leaves my mouth fresh and neutral tasting without any residue like most toothpaste. They have an oral rinse also.

Many foods can leave a bitter taste in the mouth - so can sinus problems be a contributing factor. Make sure you are properly hydrated as well.

Protein and dairy products are "food" for bacteria and if you want to read more on the science behind the tooth gel you can check online.

The reason for bad breath ................food and debris is trapped between the teeth and under the gums. Flossing helps but does not really do the job. You should go to Target, buy the cheapest water pick that you can find (they all have the same pump inside) and start water picking your teeth at least once a day. Use a full vat with warm water (you'll only use cold once). I promise you three things will happen: No more bad breath, no more bleeding gums and periodontal disease: and you will find over the years you will have fewer cavities. Be sure to get the water blast going through the teeth. Push the tip right between the teeth so that
you can feel the water hitting the tongue. And by the way, this doesn't mean that you don't have to brush. That's a must. And good luck to you. Dr. N

Everyone has great ideals but I would suggest getting to the dentist for a cleaning and exam. You may have gum disease or something else going on. Better be safe then sorry. It's only about
70 bucks to get checked and cleaned. Good Luck.

Are you brushing, flossing, and brushing your cheeks, tongue, gum areas inside your mouth? Then rinse. If this doesn't help then see your dentist. Also, please consider seeing your doctor on this one. There can be a health condition going on without you realizing it-and the doctor can find out what is going on. Take care.
