Hello sanjoman, it's good to see you back on this forum old friend, it's been awhile.
As far as this match is concerned I think that we can expect it to be very exciting and extremely competitive just like their first fight. Speaking at this moment, I would have to agree with previous answers and have Silva as the favorite, but to be honest, just barely. I seriously believe that, if this man was ever vulnerable during his career it's right now. Truth be told, he never lost two fights in a row, but he also never had to come back and bounce from such a terrible, horrendous beatdown like he received from Mirko in his last match. And you know what, I could be wrong here, but I really think that loss hurt him mentally, almost as much as it did physically. That's why I don't expect Silva to be totally his usual, aggressive self in this fight, but we'll see.
And Dan, on the other hand, even though he lost a decision, had him in real problems and hurt him quite badly in their first match so he knows that he can do it and has every reason to be confident about this fight. It's also important to point out that NSAC rules, with no stomping and no soccer kicking, will be handicapping Silva to a significant degree, so that's one more factor in his favor I think. But one big thing working against Henderson here, as AdamG pointed out, could be his stamina. Because if he gasses up again, against a man like Silva there will be hell to pay.
So in the end, I'm really not sure. Like I said already, Silva should obviously be considered a favorite at this time but there is definitely a very strong possibility of an upset in this match in my opinion.
And speaking simply as a fan, I hope Dan beats him.

Silva will win. First, Silva is coming off of a loss, and he's never lost two fights in a row. Silva is also looking to increase familiarity with himself and Pride in the US. Henderson, being American, doesn't really need to gain any popularity in the states. Silva beat Henderson once already. The first fight was excellent and Henderson had Silva in trouble during the first bout. However, I've found Henderson to be one of the more overrated fighters in MMA. He's struggled against top fighters and has had conditioning and injury problems in the past. Silva is always in top condition and usually steps up his game against the best fighters in the world (except CroCop of course). Henderson doesn't have the straight punches and strong jab that it takes to keep Silva at bay. Silva by TKO in the 1st round.

Silva. He beat him once already and I know neither are the same fighters they are now than they were when they first fought but Silva will get back on the winning streak since his lost to Cro Cop in the Grand Prix.

Silva, but I think Hollywood gives him a good fight, but Silva wins a decision, he's a little bigger and can match Hendo's skill and cardio. I'll be pulling for him though.
