A voice quivers as a result of vocal cords affected by overall body shaking from the nervous nerves and bodily pulse being not steady.

When I am nervous all of me shakes so I just think my voce doesnt want to feel left out

Your mind is focused on whatever is making you nervous and not on your word pronounciation.
