There are 3500 calories per pound of body fat.

1 Kg = 2.2 pounds
3500 X 2.2 = 7700

So approx 7700 calories per KG of bodyfat

16oz of pure animal fat (lard) contains about 4095 calories.

a gram of fat is about 9 Calories.
In a pound (16 oz) there are about 455 grams.
9 Calories x 455 = 4095 Calories

Men can lose weight 33% faster than women and other factors may arise. These numbers may not apply unless you are a cannibal looking for some nutritional value.

Well I don't know what a KG is in LBS but I know that 1 pound (Lbs) in the US is appx 3500 calories

1kg is equal to 2.2 pounds. It takes 3500 calories burned to burn off a pound of fat. So I would say it takes 7700 calories to burn off a kg of fat. I assume that's what you're asking...

i dono kg but in a pound it was 3000..... i think... i dont exactly remember
