Sure, if you enjoy a life of one emotional extreme to the other, keep on taking him back. If I can trust you like you say I can, than you will get the stability that you want from someone you love, right?

Be careful. This time if you want to give him a second chance. Take things a lot slower. You know what happened before watch for the warning signs. If you see he is headed in that direction end it. If this does happen he has not learned his lesion. I believe every on desires a second chance. You did not say there was any physical abuse(the only reason I am thinking that is because you said he threw you to hell) anyway There is no reason for physical abuse it only gets worse. If that's the case NO SECOND CHANCE.

Bree let him go nobody should go through everything you did. respect and love yourself enough to let him go. if he really changes he'll be there later down the road to prove it. enjoy life for awhile, see who else is out there. good luck.

if you want to keep living miserable then take him back but if he's willing to change for you then think about it.
