and to add, My back has never felt this much ache and pain in a long time infact last time I did have pains it was much more minor and lasted far less time then it is now.
So whats the best cure to relieving back problems...its been killin me I hoping for it to feel better tommorow... this pain has been going on in my back for the last few days...what do you think caused it?

You didn't say where on your back. If it is your low back, you need to make sure it is not your kidney's. Does your urine look dark or have any blood in it? Foul odor? If your urine is okay then you should try using an ice pack. Lay on it for 10 minutes up to every hour. It will definitely get rid of the pain. If you prefer you can alternate ice and heat. Be sure not to leave on for more than 15 minutes at a time it can slow blood flow and cause tissue damage. Also put a towel between you and the ice, do not put directly on bare skin

The cause could be muscle strain or something wrong with the spine. It could also be kidney infection or stones. If the pain is in the upper back,,,may be heart, get to a doctor.
If lower back, try heat. If pain is slightly to the right of spine, infection? Heat should help either way.
