didn't nichoel nortiman have a song about what if?
honestly as a Christian the whole "every bad thing you said and did will all be there to be seen," thing scares the fire out of me. I have done and still do some bad stuff. I think if I did not believe, then the consiquinces would not afect me...atleast not yet

An Atheist cannot say bad things about someone or something that they do not believe exists. That would be like saying bad things about The Incredible Hulk or Murphy Brown. When they do say things like you are referring to it is with sarcasm or just a hypothetical question or statement so that the religious can easily relate.
Supposing there is a god and what would I say in my defense? Not a d*mn thing... he she or it would be needing a defense for the way that he she or it has botched up everything. If there were a god it would not be worthy of worship.
As far as having my bases covered.... What I believe I believe in my mind and heart as well. I am not a hypocrite

I completely disagree with your premise. You're not asking us to just suppose whether there IS a god, but also to suppose that the Bible (both old and new testament) is also mostly true. Sorry guy, that's just too much to swallow. I simply refuse to believe that a supernatural being with enough power to be able to create the universe would decide to set things up so that we'd be placed in these circumstances, with all the tools of logic & reason & science available to us to deduce and infer how the universe works, and then leave us with no evidence of his existence accept for a book that from any rational perspective is clearly just the ancient oral traditions of a superstitious people, and then would have the gall to torture us all eternity for not believing in him. That's just too absurd.
Now, if you'll drop the Bible from your premise, you might get me to play along and tell you what I would say in the hypothetical day that I met the hypothetical creator.

Christians cant think
Christians swear by faith and faith cant jump.
Lets face it,God isn't real and none of us will be held to account for our actions when we die.
No one will be told to empty out their pockets and every bad thing you said and did will not be there to be seen, nothing will be looked at remembered.
Christians say pretty bad things about everyone.

If there is a god I'll say well I guess I was wrong, but at least I took my own way and didn't follow what everyone else told me to do. And if God can't accept that then I guess I'll take over hell and rule down there until I lead the army of darkness against the army of light. BUT there is no god so i don't have to worry about any of that happening, because lets face it, God is Fake. And if atheists can't jump what makes you think christians can I mean you reject Evolution because it doesn't agree with your religion... hmmm that sounds pretty stationary to me.

seems such as you have have been given it somewhat incorrect. A vat of flesh devouring acid does no longer have people in it who have been happy and having a great time, there would be information that it became a vat of flesh devouring acid if there have been people in it. Deluded or no longer they'd desire to no longer stress their fake theory on me nor attempt to deal with me and forestall me from a cool relaxing swim. edit: if i theory the vat of acid to be secure via such a spell i'd verify myself right into a psychological well being middle

Lets face it, Yoda is real.
Lets face it, Gollum is real.
Lets face it, Spider-Man is real.
And as for having your bases covered.. here we go again:
Pascal's wager:
"If god exists, it's infinitely better to believe, since you get heaven instead of hell for eternity. If he doesn't, it doesn't matter since you're dead anyway. So overall it's better to believe"
This is, of course, false.
Some of the problems with the argument:
* The implied assumption that god may exist (with a 50% probability, no less!)
* The assumption that there is an afterlife with a heaven and hell
* The assumption that the god cares about belief in him/her above all else
* The assumption that if you believe in a god, it will definitely be the same god that actually exists.
* The assumption that you lose nothing if it's false. You have lost a great deal, from time praying to a nonexistent entity (somebody mentioned just today praying several hours a day!!!) to morality (your god may ask you to hurt other people) and much more besides.
* The assumption that people can believe in something simply because it benefits them. Would you believe goblins exist for twenty bucks? Why not?
* The assumption that any god won't see through the "believing just to get into heaven" ploy.

you know, i really hate it when people mention pascal's wager about how its better if you believe in god because if there is none, then nothing happends to you but if there is a god then you go to heaven. it doesnt work that way. you cant just believe to save your "immortal soul". it doesnt work that way. if you are going to believe then you should truely believe with all your heart. if you believe just to save your soul to avoid hell and to "cover all your bases", as you say, then you may as well be lying about your faith and in so doing deserve to burn in your hell. mind you im an atheist but supposing this world of fire and brimstone really exists, you would deserve to burn for all eternity for lying about such a thing.

I will speak for the atheist when the time comes.
Besides, I have heard "Christians" say some absolutely scurrilous things against not only atheists, but agnostics, Buddhists, Catholics and Jewish people.
