I shaved my legs in the morning and put the lotion on in the evening. This happens sometimes when I haven't shaved my legs the same day. I used Suave Advanced Therapy, moisturing lotion for extremely dry skin.

You could possibly be allergic to some of the scents, dyes, additives, etc that are put in the lotion. Try switching to a dye-free, scentless lotion for sensitive skin.

Alcohol in the lotion? Find a better lotion perhaps from a health foods store.

maybe it's the ltion or maybe you have a rash or place on your leg
