A couple of years ago I read a study about the health benefits that honey provides to your hair and scalp. Ever since then I have used honey in my hair a few days out of the week. I have been very happy with the results and I would like to know if anyone else out their remembers the article and if anyone else has had success using honey in their hair?

I don't see why it wouldn't work in girls hair also, hair is hair.

I have read that in a beauty mag years ago. I haven't tried it for hair, but a friend did and it made it shiney and healthy looking.

I had a friend use honey and i used on my dog and it worked it made their hair look real shiny and heathy
