Judge's Hours:
Monday & Tuesday - 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Wednesday & Thursday - 8:00 am to 12:00 noon
JUDGE BLACK IS NOT IN ON FRIDAYS.
Citations must be taken care of within 10 days of the date of the violation. You may now make your payment online by going to TrafficPayment.com or by calling 800-444-1187.
If you are wanting to take Defensive Driving or make any other arrangements, please contact Judge Black within your ten days during the hours scheduled above.
All citations for minors under the age of 17: YOU MUST APPEAR IN OPEN COURT WITH A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

Call and ask the Andrews ,Texas Police Department
The Public Safety Department is located at 130 N Main. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am until 5pm. After hours, officers and paramedics can still be reached by phone, (432) 523-5675.

I would call them and find out if you have to go to court. The date should be on the ticket. Otherwise if no court then just mail it and make sure it is early enough so it has time to go through the mail. About 7 to 10 days.

There should be an address on the ticket for mail payment, there are on Oregon ones.

Just find out the mailing address for the town collector and mail it off
