First and foremost - if you think you have diabetes - talk to your parents and arrange for a visit to your doctor. Have this checked out - diabetes is serious business. You could lose your eyesight, kidney function, have circulation problems, etc. So please, have this checked out.
Second, even though you don't want to hear the "crap" as you say, the truth is - the only way to lose weight (75 pounds down and counting), is to do so slowly. Make a slow change in your eating habits. Eat what you like - just significantly less. Think before anything goes in your mouth. Just think about it first! Ask yourself, if I have this piece of cake, what would it take to get rid of the unwanted calories. You may find that you will talk yourself out of that piece of cake.
Then there is exercise. You need to do 30 minutes a day at least 4 or 5 times a week. This can be as simple as walking. Find a friend that go out walking with you. You will find the time flies by and you will want to do more than 30 minutes.
Main thing is slow weight loss. If you try to lose quickly by making lifestyle changes for a short period of time (in an attempt to lose weight quickly), you will just gain it all back after you stop the exercise and the diet - in fact - you will gain back even more! Each time you do this, it makes losing the weight more and more difficult. I tell you this from EXPERIENCE!

Well I must say first and foremost.. Do not compare this woman to your "ex"in any way, shape or form. I know that is easier said than done..:o).. As far as the weight issue goes.. You must determine if it a health issue, or is it a 'looks' issue with you. I agree men are very visual in all aspects of their like and relationships are no different. Is she dressing to accentuate the positives of her 'curvy' body or is she just wearing clothing that doesn't flatter her figure as much? This can be a huge thing even for you, as it is a visual aspect. Does she have the energy to go out and do the things you like now? If not, then that is a huge relationship concern altogether.. Is she comfortable with herself? Has she always had the weight? If so, then what attracted you to her to begin with, and why now has it become an issue (maybe a 'friend' said something??)?? You need to determine the 'why' then you can move into 'how' to deal, as each why will have a different 'how'..

get the book "Sleep Power"...secondly..learn to deal with the greatest relationship you will ever have in your life..yourself...
you really want to understand some stuff...get the Calorie, fat and carb counter book that diabetics use to check their diet...make a journal of that for one month just the way you do now...keeping note of when you eat, how much and how much fat, calories and carbs all that is...
see a doctor...if you have a swimming pool get in it and start swimming...get some hydrofits and use resistance...your weight is an issue for exercise where you could put undue pressure on your back...exercising in water decreases the risk of injury greatly...
learn to breath...get a copy of Yesudian's YOGA AND HEALTH...
journal how and why you feel about you the way you do...it seems you require someone else's approval to validate you...yeah, school years are rough and being a teen yada yada yad...hell, this is your life, you life now and all that superficial garbage has nothing for you...it is a lie...who you are, how you are, now...is a very powerful truth...and you can change it...you can learn and you can find the answers you need...you have to work and you have to let yourself be tender with yourself while understanding that there are significant things that got you where you are...blaming yourself or other people is a waste...
whatever got you where you are...own it...understand it...change it...just like the nike ad so many people forget some very brilliant words...in that you know what is more or less right...with doctor's advice and getting real and true with yourself you can "JUST DO IT"

First it does not matter if i am your age or not losing weight does not matter if you are young or old. If you want to keep it off when you lose it you have to lose it with commen sense. Like it or not!! Eat healty eat big salads with veggies and maybe chicken in it so it will stick with you longer. Stay away from white flour things and that means pastas too. Eat more protein stay away from fatty things. Limit sugar intake. and you will lose weight this is not a diet it is a life style. If you diet then when you go back to your old eating habits you will gain it back and more with it. You have to change your eating habits for ever. New eating habits!!! Drink plenty of water and exercise or take walks or ride a bike find a friend to do this with and you will stick with it talk to your mom i am sure she wants the best for you.

The vast majority of people living in industrialized nations suffer from deficiencies in major minerals like zinc, magnesium and selenium, and in other nutrients. The brain, sensing these deficiencies, sends the signal to keep eating until the needed minerals are acquired, but since most modern processed foods are virtually devoid of these minerals, a person will never achieve the necessary mineralization consumption, no matter how much food they eat.
That's one reason why people can eat enormous quantities of processed or manufactured foods and still feel hungry. Their body is not receiving the proper hormonal "full" signals due to the absence of minerals necessary for normal blood sugar metabolism and hormone balance.
Also, most people who can't lose weight have CANDIDA. Look into it, because you WILL NOT lose weight if you have it. Best of luck.

k don't become puker or an anorexic. you think you have problems now......start slow. walk everyday for a half hour for a week. then every week increase. don't reward yourself with food. do it with say a new shirt or pants or ipod. I know that you want fast results but that DOES NOT happen with out BAD consequences. yes eat good too. I it's hard in this day in age.
What really worked for me is I started telling people that I didn't like certain foods. For example I said,' i don't like hamburger meat.' so i switched to turkey meat. I tricked my brain and now I won't drink sodas, eat chocolate, or eat burgers without it being turkey burgers. I made my body think that if i ate or drank certain things I would get really sick.

Cool Person,
You can do it but you need support. I would go to the family doctor and tell the Doc just what u told us. The Doc can give you advice and a diet plan and maybe a diet aid. Exercising is boring only if you do the same thing every day. One day, go for a long walk. Next day ride a bike. Next day shoot some hoops. Next day do some kick boxing moves...use your imagination! Best wishes

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Learn how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. See site below.
