my dog is a 10 yr old miniature dachund .. she is a indoor dog i have no male dogs n when i take her out she is on a leash .... i just noticed when i was rubbing her belly that milk is comin out her **** . shes lacktating n she not pregnant . i called my vet but he says to bring her in to check but b4 i pay that much money i wantaed to get a second advise . ia this normal ?

There may be something more serious, you really need to take her to the vet.

take her 2 the vet she may b having a false pregncy
