He said that i am heartless because i dumped him. Will he ever get over it, he told everyone we know that I dumped him for no reason. Will he get over it? :(

the reason why he is telling rude things about you to other people cus he is just trying to move on.. trying to forget you. thats how he is taking care of things to forget you! he diverts his love to anger and hatred. just understand his situation. let him be.
on your part, you know to yourself if you are guilty or not through all the accusations he is putting on you! then, just live him that way. he needed much more understanding. dont get affected - just broaden your mind as much more matured person compared to him. you know the fact and the fiction. - dont be bothered. he will soon get over you! I am telling you!
you both can be friends but not now, maybe the year after break up.
