Everyone has their own way to relieve stress some people feel great after beating up a boxing bag like you did some people go and stay calm somewhere relaxing some people play music some people do little personal things like maybe spending time with the family pet or looking at a photo of someone who makes them feel better and some people pray.

We all have our own way to get rid of stress some just dont work for others I am like you I will scream until my throat it raw and thats what helps with physical things like exercise and beating stuff up your wearing your self down physically yet all the pain is still in side, with screaming your really getting those emotions out you can scream how you want as loud as you want exactly how you want and usually things will feel better just like some people need to talk and say their problems verbally some like to scream it.

So just keep it in mind next time when you need to get rid of some stress

You seem to have a lot of frustation. Find somewhere where there aren't many people around and scream at the top of you lungs. It always helps me. I have punching bag too but I feels better to yell cause thats what you need to do. Punching is way of regressing your anger thats why yelling works better

I dunno how to answer you because I was taught that anything is normal unless it causes someone else to suffer or be intimately bothered... So, the two people you should be asking whether you last long enough is yourself and your partner. No one else cares how long you last. Think about that. As a side comment, if you were extremely *****, you'd probably finish off... earlier?... instead of lasting 90 minutes?... On the other hand, you lasting 90 minutes is probably the result of you trying many positions and doing the "pumping." Any guy that wants to last longer will always a.) Try many positions and utilize the switch-off periods to "calm down," and b.) Do the "pumping," because it keeps more of your blood busy with feeding your muscles rather than your d1ck.

Because anger can sometimes be released through physical action such as punching something but other times it is a verbal reaction such as cursing like a salior that works better. The mind is just funny that way.

Just read the Bible and talk to God and I promise you that you're going to feel much better and sleep good. Bound the devil. (Matthew 18:18-20); (Joshua 1:8); (Romans 2:5); Ephesians 6:10-17); (Mark 16:16-18); (Isaiah 26:3). God Bless you.

Maybe you had to let your anger out by yelling. However, it is always best to yell at inanimate objects.

Glad it made you feel better. I know it helps me once in awhile too. I think we are just verbal in nature and we hold it in and bam, we have to let it out...........
