What should I do? I really need help!?

Question

I really like this girl over christmas break i told her i liked her she said i was cute, we talked on the phone every night for like 30 mins even an hour once... she kissed me on the cheek when we hungout oncethen she started to ignore me... I've asked her to hang out practically every weekend after that and we never have. Thats the small part of the storry.. well now here i am, i still like her alot, im pretty sure she knows that. I dont know how she feels about me and i dont want to flat out ask it cuz thats kinda dick. Last weekend i spoke to her for over 2 hours on the phone and then she called me on Superbowl Sunday. Tonight she said i could come over with a friend but i didnt go (long story). I dont know what to say to her. If anyone can write something for an away message or something that could get the point across like a quote or something. Im in desperate need of help, i really dont want to lose this :(
