Well, besides the red blood shot eyes...
They act like the world is going in slow motion, and laugh really easily at pretty stupid stuff while its frying their last few brain cells...
And then comes the munchies, they start eating like crazy.

They are pretty slow in their response. Also, there speech is slurry sometimes, but you probably really can tell on their eyes. If their eyes are almond shaped and red, they are high.
