YES. I would be so satisfied. Its a day that is directed mainly at females. Do men have a day where they are appreciated???
I see it as a day that you spend your money.
If you have a female that is that important in your life you should show her love everyday. Not just that one day in February.
I dont get it.

No.. its a great day for parents to hire a babysitter and have some time togehter...
This is the history of Valentine's Day... for those who don't know...
Saint Valentine's Day or Valentine's Day is on February 14. It is the traditional day on which lovers express their love for each other; sending Valentine's cards, candy, or donations to charities, often anonymously. It is very common to present flowers on Valentine's Day. The holiday is named after two men, both Christian martyrs named Valentine. The day became associated with romantic love in the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished.
The day is most closely associated with the mutual exchange of love notes in the form of "valentines". Modern Valentine symbols include the heart-shaped outline and the figure of the winged Cupid. Since the 19th century, handwritten notes have largely given way to mass-produced greeting cards. The Greeting Card Association estimates that approximately one billion valentines are sent each year worldwide, making the day the second largest card-sending holiday of the year behind Christmas. The association estimates that women purchase approximately 85 percent of all valentines.
In the United States, the marketing of Valentine's Day has tagged it as a "Hallmark holiday".

Some people think that Valentines Day is awkward because that dont have their own Valentine. But, I know sometimes when you have a boyfriend/girlfriend & you don't know what to get them it could be awkward too. But I don't think it should be abolished. It's a day of love. & who would want to ruin that?!

I think that Valentine's Day is a good holiday to celebrate your love with your special someone, but it's a little overrated. Learn to celebrate your love every day, not just anually.

If you want a lady to treat you real good ,make shure you treat her like a queen on that day.,And she might let you slide if you forget a few other things during the year.

I think it's fun. It's a more organized way for everyone to show some love. Weather they have a sweet heart or not.
