how to do it?

so i decided im done with evreything and now i just want to end the rest the question is how should i do it pills rope car or tall building at the same time i dont but its all i can think about latley what to do

I tried once with pills, the result was awful. thank god someone came to my aid before the pills done me in. I was in the ICU for three weeks. Then got transferred up the pych ward, spent two months there. I was able to work out my problems, finally was released , then went for treatment at my local CMH (Community Mental Health) Stayed in treatment for two years. I finally got placed on the right medication and now I live a stable life.

One of the things I worked on at the CMH one-on-one and in group therapy was positive thinking. It;s been a long road back, but I'm thankful I didnt suceed that night when I was feeling like you are now.

From reading your previous posts you are having problems with your G/F .

PLease seek immediate help.. go to the hospital emergency.... they really do understand there.

Guaranteed there is at least ONE person in this world who cares about you so much it would destroy them if you died. Someone who loves you so much, they would die for you. Sometimes it's not even your own parents, but maybe a grandparent, or some relative....someone loves you, and someone cares. Don't put them through this.
What makes you so special that you get to take your life in your own hands? Why is your life so hard???? Are you starving to death cuz you can't afford food? Do you not have clothes on your back, shelter, water, free education, an abled body that can move around and jump, run, etc? Are you plagued with some terminal illness???? No??? Well, then you're being greedy, my friend. There are so many people that have it way worse than you, and they may not even know it. So what makes you so special?

If you're asking how to do it is because you're yelling for help, deep down you don't want to do it. If many things are going wrong go talk to anybody in your family, friends, or look in the phone book of your city, in the first pages, for suicidal help lines.
It's not time to end things... it's time to change your life, that's all.

It takes strength to face life, and sometimes all of us feel weak at different points. Ending is not the answer, though, because all that does is leave everyone who knew you in pain. I urge you to talk to someone about it. Times change, and the pain will end.
