For the past 2 months she has been releasing a shrimp/ fishy smell, because of the smell we bathe her every two weeks, around every two weeks we bathe her for the same reason. i am not sure if the smell is coming from her anal or from her vulva?

It is the anal glands, I have a beagle mix and she gets the same thing. There can also be a brown fluid to when she farts. They have to be squeezed out . This can be done by a vet or a proffesional groomer. The vet also suggested to stick to lamb and rice formulated food and treats. This should cut down on how fast their glands fill back up.

If it smells fishy I would guess it is a problem with her anal glands. She may need them expressed in which case you should take her into the vet. Another sign of this is scooting their bum on the ground. She may need them expressed and your vet should handle that. It is a pretty gross job and you can hurt them if you don't do it correctly.
