yes because at that point you are both mature.
my parents are 20 years apart, and i think once women and men both reach maturity then it doesn't matter who's older.

Not all of them, but there are certainly many that could. Many women find themselves reliving their youth around that age, and a woman's sexual peak is much later than a mans. If I were single I would go for it!
