no do the oil treatment after. i would. my hair is its healthiest right after i dye it because of all the conditioners you have to use. so dye it and then wait like two weeks. because dying your hair damages it, so there is no point conditioning it and then damaging it again, undoing all the conditioners you just put in with the hot oil.

Does your dye have any conditioner with it? I'd say dye first, use the dye's conditioner, and then hot oil a few days later. I've done that in the past and had no problems.

I do these all the time, heres what you do. On unwashed hair put the hot oil treatment on for about 30 minutes, then rinse it out and shampoo and condition and you would regularly. And sometimes one wash isnt enough to get the oil out and your hair may feel greasy and what i do if that happens is shampoo again and you should be good. Hope this helped, good luck on your oil treatment! :)

Color then treat. If you put the oil in first, the color won't stick.
