My five year old pit bulll Max is quite the comedian. He can fake a sneeze in a heart beat...to get some attention. He also has taught himself how to scratch his own belly. It looks like he is "humping" the floor, but he ia actually scratching his belly. It is too funny.

Haha...My Dog Does That Too! He's Scared Of It & He Barks At It. When I Refill The Thing That Holds The Water & Put It On The Floor, He Stands Back Kuz He Knows It's Gonna Do That. When There's No More Water Left, He Starts Scratching The Little Whole That The Water Comes Out To Refill The Bowl Thinking That More Water Is Gonna Come Out. Lol =D It's Funny

I HAD to submit my own... ;) I have a 2 yr. old pit bull. For those of you who think these dogs are monsters, they're absolute clowns! They love to make people laugh and I've never seen a more animated breed.
Rosko has what we call "pit fits". I'll be relaxing, reading or whatever, and he decides he just can't take it and has a "fit". These are sporadic and out of no where!
He starts running break-neck/full-speed all the way to one end of the house, leaping clear over the sofa, sliding across the tile, and then back again. Walls and doors don't matter... he'll hit them head on. He'll come sliding into the bedroom and run a circle... through the door, does this dramatic leap onto the bed, barely lands, and immediately hops straight up in the air and onto the carpet... and he's off again to the other side of the house.
He does this like the devil drives him... no encouragement or anything. I do my best to ignore him, but he'll keep doing it until someone finally laughs at him and tells him what a moron he is! Then he just stands there with this panting expression like "What? You just NOW noticed?"
The dog is insane. He can hop straight up with the air like a rabbit... he'll be face-level with my 5'11" husband, and he does this for no reason other than to make us laugh at his antics.

The funniest thing my cat does well actually it's a combination. First she will flop. I don't mean a gradual laying on the side but a "head gets scratched and the ENITRE body will just fall ontop of a body part, normally a hand or foot or leg. Then she will lay on her bac with all for feet in the air and looking like she is posing for something with all the different angles. One hind leg will be straight in the air wil the other one will stick out the side and her to front rabbit feet (they look like that) will be tucked in and she'll tilt her head at an angle. Lastly, if you take a feather wand to her in this position she will scoot her body across the carpet using one hind claw while she is on her back so that she looks like she is sort of swimming.
I have a weird cat, but she's my weird cat.

My dog who I've had since she as about eight weeks old and is now almost ten years old, when she goes outdoors in the winter and where we live we get a lot of snow and she goes outside and sticks her face right up to her ears in a snowbank then turns around with her snow covered happy face smile to see if you are watching and laughing at her she is also a very good watch dog and barks when someone comes in our yard or rings the doorbell the only problem is she can't distinguish our doorbell from the ones that sound like it on television so she barks during Frasier reruns alot.

All these stories are so funny! My little Chihuahua does the same thing with his water bowl. But I had a different Chihuahua puppy years ago that would terrorize my big fat cat. He would start to chase my cat but would somehow be faster than him. Then he would dive underneath my cat's belly between his back legs and run under him at the same pace as the cat tried to run away. The whole time the poor cat ran kind of bowlegged trying to get the little brat puppy out from under him!

Our dog loves to howl at sirens, then she will come back inside and put her head on the arm of the chair and looks up at us as if she is saying "did you hear me, I scared the noise away"
The cat will lay in wait for the dog to walk by and she will jump out and attack and then goes back into hiding, if the dog doesn't chase her, she keeps after her until she does. Occasionally we will walk by her hiding spot, she jumps out and grabs us and realizes it is us, and will set there and bathe her face like she is saying "I didn't do anything, I am innocent"

My dogs will never drink from their water bowls either and I don't know why. They insist on drinking the water in the little drip tray under my potted plants. It's disgusting and brown and has dirt in it, but they love it. Weird huh. It must taste different. I guess it doesn't matter, at least they are drinking water.

My French Bulldogs like to play jokes on each other and my other dogs. One of them will sneak up behind the other one and then bark, which makes the other one jump. They also like to make out with each other.
Also, my male will just be laying on the floor sleeping and he will fart and startle himself. He will just start barking like crazy for a few minutes and then finally calm back down. It is kind of gross, but really funny.

HAHAHA! My pup does the same thing, and she's 8 mo's old now! Very cute.
I think the cutest thing is when she's napping. She likes to lay right next to a wall, then turn until her feet are propped up against it. Pretty handy habit, too, because it gets her paws out of our walking space.
