would someone know if once you have terminated your rights to your kids if it can be reappeal

It really depends on how much money you have and a good lawyer. If you gave your rights up to a state and they foster out the children then you may have a chance at getting them back but if you gave your rights up because you don't want to pay child support and your spouse remarried and adopted the children then good luck also if some adopted them througth the state probably not but you could always find out wether you still have any legal rights to them.

Why did you terminate your rights.Ask a lawyer or check with child protective services.It also depends on you are you fit to be a parent?

termination means u quit u cant get it back
