Try this CD: PM Meditations by Gael Chiarella. It has 4 meditations that are 15 minutes each. No matter how stressed I am, I usually can't make it through all 4 without falling asleep. It works!

Take some aspirin. Sit in a comfortable chair. Watch a funny TV show or funny movie. Listen to music. Do something you enjoy and just forget your troubles.

a hot bath, a jacuzzi is even better. 2 aspirins, candlelight, a CD of ocean waves, and call your mom.

Have a good meal, hold on to the cold soda, sit in front of the computer listening to music and watching porn. Clean your pipes and go to bed.
