Find a creative and cute way of telling her! It'll be cute and she will love it! You dont have to buy her a star or something you could just buy her a bear and let it express your feelings in a way she will find cute and loving!

Don't . Show her and know you're heart is in it. Then when you stop asking yourself these questions. Kiss.( Also, there was an old 60's song for girls, but now pry just as good for guys)--Wishin' and hoping, and planning and scheming and hoping their kisses will start that won't get you into their heart.(Dusty Springfield)In it(the song), the singer advises doing things SHE likes, showing you care just for her. Being together is what you need to enjoy, then there's no need to be shy.

"Hi. I like you, as more then friends." For additional brownie points, you could compliment her and tell her all the things you love about her. It would also be a wise idea to chat her up a bit first, make sure she's not in bad mood.

she probably knows or suspects already, so you just have to confirm it for her. Ask her on a date, or to a school dance, or something. Study or do homework together. Just sometime when you have some time to talk alone, let her know, in person. No texts or emails for this stuff!

....is she a friend? ...or just "some girl"....is shes a friends be careful, be hopeful though, she may feel the same way...but its risky...just tell her how she makes you feel when shes around, and how you think about her when shes not. =]
