That's tricky. I guess in a way He did plan it all out but there was a choice there. We can't very well choose something unless He makes up the two (or sometimes more) choices.
Ultimately I think it's up to us on how things go. I think He knows what the end result is but we can always change our mind and change the end result.

There was time before the " beginning " that you speak of and during that time period one third of God"s children followed Satan's example and sinned. Now we all know the wages sin is death. But God said, NO!!! I am not willing to do that I will make a plan with which they may be spared. Now i am sure God would rather that they would not have followed Satan's example because then there would be no need of His plan for salvation. But if wishes were fishes we would all have a boat full. I think you can answer your own question now. And yes there was a time before that Beginning you speak of and it is called the "first earth age and it is a time period not the age of the earth. If you read the book of Job chapter forty you will realize i am right but i don't think too many people are sharp enough to pick up on it.
God bless

Eph. 1:11
In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will
Romans 11:36
For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.
Psalm 33:11
The counsel of the LORD stands forever,
The plans of His heart to all generations.
Isaiah 46:9,10
'Remember the former things of old,
For I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is none like Me,
Declaring the end from the beginning,
And from ancient times things that are not yet done,
Saying, My counsel shall stand,
And I will do all My pleasure,'

the events of life is created by the will of man. God is the beginning and the end. We create the mess in the middle. He just had foreknowledge of our choices.

Nope. GOD's law is like the law of gravity. GOD's plan is how to live the best way possible within the law of GOD.

The Christians will say yes, for the most part, but then turn around and blame disease, poverty, genocide, etc. etc. on Satan or free will. Yoy!

I picture a giant, grey-bearded old man in suspense somewhere, just wondering what's gonna happen next.
Damn that free-will
