washing it with shampoo, conditioner (if your hair is dry or flat),and rinse. More than twice a week! like at least every other day (prefered every day)

Go to the hair dresser and have it washed and get it styled.
then buy those products, and take care of yourself and style and clean your hair every am before you leave the house!!
Wash it every day!!
if you wear a hat, have them cleanned regular

Ask your mother, she may be able to help. However, if this wasnt a sarcastic question, then maybe you mean 'less greasy' ? Try using baby powder, might help.
Clean is so vague, especially with all the people who post idiotic questions.

I have oily hair and I have to wash it every day. Try not to touch your hair too much. The oil from your skin can make your hair dirty.
