The U.S. Senate is set to launch an investigation into why an imprisoned former Border Patrol agent who should have had special protection was assaulted by four other inmates.
But the pro legal see's no problem here ?( Gonna be kinda hard to investigate without the trail transcripts though).A Senate investigation would involve research, interviews and potential subpoenas, with findings reported back to the committee

Let's see here. Seems to be a problem with verbs. Now LYING becomes MISINFORMING when it is done deliberately by those in power, as they have admitted. Also, who told them to do it, has yet to be exposed. I would think the Senate would be all over such an obvious, and admitted, frame job.

The Senate is investigating because the BP agents shot a smuggler that shot at them. The smuggler had over 500 pounds of marijuana sitting on the bank of the river when the agents discovered them. The smugglers fired on the agents, the agents returned fire killing one of the subjects. The US Attorney's office sent special prosecutors to Mexico to find the subjects that ran back across the river. They gave the smuggler immunity from prosecution to return to the US to testify against the agents. The US Attorney's office went out of their way to convict these agents. Some people in Congress and the Senate are wondering why (as we all should be) why these men were found guilty for doing their job. When the agents entered prison they were not segregated from the general population as they should have been. One of them was assaulted by a group of illegal aliens.
First of all they should never have been prosecuted for doing their job. Second they should have been found guilty and third they should not have been in general population.
Everyone should be questioning how this happened, not just elected officials.

That TV show has become an excuse to take away the blame from where it really belongs. How messed can it be when Americana's Most Wanted sees the injustice and has to profile it. There has never been another case like this.

I already emailed my opinion to them. The family of the agent should sue the show and the network and any other entity that encouraged them to place the agent in danger.
Zoe, that TV show outed him as law enforcement and almost cost him his life.
