There are various computers on the vehciel and it sounds like one of them is shorting intermittanly, causing an error which makes it say "no bus". It can be alot of different things. This may sound strange, but I have seen a right front wheel speed abs sensor cause that problem, but I have heard that a radio can cause the same problem. You need to have a professional look at it, way over your head to try and diagnosis.

Check the catalytic converter or the ignition module.
