Well the only answer is MEDITATION & it is great tool to improove ur mental skills & abilities.Well none is born with low or high mental abilities It is all what we develope from the activities we do.So do YOGA&MEDITATION.it is the natural & easy way
But don't ever believe in the medicines available in the market though they may be successful there are a vast chances for the side effects.So better be away from all those.

Read books (gets u involved), solve crossword puzzles or Sudoko, keep negative thoughts out. Also remember that when your body is healthy your mind is healthy - it's all connected. So go on enjoy life!
