Yes, of course. But you may want to make sure whether or not they do like you. Don't go assuming they do or don't you may miss out on something.
OR...
If you're a girl - Try to smile at him alot, and make him feel funny, or even smart. Guys like to be told they're funny, strong, handsome etc. (smells such as Lavender, pumpkin pie, pizza, and doughnuts turn guys on)
If you're a guy - Try the same as the girls, if you're ever hanging out with her (smells such as lavender, pumpkin pie, and baby powder turn females on)

Yes, of course; everyone has/will at some point. It's pretty sucky, but you'll get over it. It's really lame, however, when your crush is also your best friend...

yes and i told that person, but she had a boyfriend and i guess she did like me because than she started flirting with me... after that she was just leading me on... because she was still with the boyfriend
