my son is afraid to go poo b/c his friend told him that you can have lice in it. what should i do? and my son is only3 so.lol can there really be lice in poo?????

(On the toliet right?) have a potty party! and to get him there....does he have an older cousin, brother or uncle that he looks up to? have them talk about how cool it is and when he goes...then you have the potty party! if all else fails, make him do it in his underwear. He has to go sometime and I know its gross which is why he wont want to sit in it.
I dont think so about the lice.

Tell him the TRUTH.
Lice like scalps, or heads.
You could even tell him that because poo comes from inside him there is no way that bugs would be able to live in it. (stomache acids)

No poop doesn't have lice its feces its just all the bacteria thats being digested by your body
