Do you think this means that he will never talk to me again?

Question

Ok, I have this guy friend(I really don't have a lot of female friends at all) who has a serious girlfriend..we don't really get to hang out much because she would rather him not have female friends. I respect him and his decision to be with her so I don't pursue it. Well, the other night I was awake (very early morning) I knew he would be awake becuase he works nights, and I texted him to tell him to have a good day at work..thats all it said. A few hours later, his gf was calling and texting my phone saying "who is this?" and blah blah and left me a voicemail and telling me to "leave my boyfriend alone" and such..
I really, really don't feel that I've done anything wrong because he's my friend and I respect him, and I don't really feel that I said anything wrong. i don't want him and I accept the fact that he's with her..
that was almost a week ago. He wasnt called me or anything and i do feel bad to an extent but, I really hope I havent lost him as a friend. what do you think?

It sounds like your friend's girlfriend is the jealous type. I wonder if he even knows that you have received these messages from her. I might try to get in touch with him again. If she calls, I'd make it clear to her that you're just friends. I know you're in a bad situation and I hope that you can work things out with your friend. Good luck.

I would leave him alone, hopefully soon he'll see that his girlfriend is way to controlling, and he will choose his freedom.

(SIDE NOTE: why are some girls so controlling, I've had a boyfriend for almost 4 years, and I would never tell him not to see his friends, or call his friends and embarrass him, your friends girlfriend must have serious insecurity issues)

Anyway, you have done nothing wrong, (neither did he) and sooner or later, you guys will be on fine terms again.
