For my sister's shower I did a game called "How Well Do You Know Matt and McKenzie?" I asked multiple choice questions like, "Where did M&M meet?" "What's Matt's birthday?" "How many children do they want?" "Where are they going to live after the wedding?" Each question had 3 possible answers and one funny/outrageous one.
I also did a memory game where the guests got to look at a tray full of items for one minute and then had to write down as many as they could remember. I used a honeymoon theme so the items included sunscreen, a "Do Not Disturb" sign, a fake hotel key, a pack of toilet seat covers, a guide book, hand sanitizer, travel size toiletries, and a few other things. I found almost all the 20 items I used at Walmart for about $30. After the shower I gave the stuff to my sister to use on her honeymoon. You could do a kitchen theme with kitchen gagets/utensils, or a ceremony theme with fake rings, a garter belt, fake marriage license, candles, etc.
There's also the old Clothes Pin or Safety Pin game. Each guest gets 3 clothes or saftey pins which they lose if they say "Wedding", "Married" or the like. The person who catches them collects one pin and the person with the most pins at the end of the shower is the winner.
One shower I went to the ladies were divided into teams and had to make a gown out of toilet paper. The bride choose the one she liked best.
My cousin's wife had a boy-bits contest. Each guest was given a small amount of Playdough (you can find small containers in at party supply stores that are for children's goodie bags) and had one minute to make the best penis they could. Again the bride chose the winner. She laughed so hard she nearly peed her pants.
You can also have guest try and come up with as many possible last names or baby names using only the letters in the bride and groom's names. Give them about 2-3 minutes to come up with as many as they can think of.

Well, i've been to a number of showers and by far, the most fun game we've done was like a Mad Libs thing where there was a story about the bride/groom and the attendees were split up into groups and came up with the noun/verb/adverbs etc and then, the groups voted on which story was best.
I personally HATE the "let's make a dress out of toilet paper" game. Although I LOVE weddings and receptions, I do hate wedding showers (and baby showers) - when I got married, thank God, my sister had a "women's tea" instead, where we ate finger foods, drank tea, exchanged tea cups and just had a fun time to socialize. She only did one game and I was happy. I also did not want gifts so my sister asked people not to bring any.
It was an enjoyable time.

You can distribute cut out shapes for everyone to write a piece of advice to the bride and then draw one or have the bride pick her favorite - that person gets a prize.
Mark the bottom of a cup with a heart - that person gets a prize.
I like the tissue paper bride, but be sure to use tissue paper and not toilet paper. Toilet paper should only be used for mummies...
Go to bridal shower games a to z online (source 1). It will cost you $17.95 but you can print the games you want. They have over 60 games to choose from and their designs are pretty good. I did this recently and picked games I had not played before - everyone was very happy.
Good Luck & have lots of fun!

Here's the BEST game ever for a shower: find the woman who is the MOST bored, the MOST put-out, and has the STRONGEST feeling of "I'd rather be eating glass!" The grand prize will be that she DOESN't have to attend the actual reception that you most likely spent WAY too much money on, trying to be "different" from cheesy bride and groom X, Y, and Z.
Every woman I've ever met tells me how much they HATE attending showers! I say. save your energy. Throw a simple party w/ serious alcohol.
Oh! and what is this new "trend" about inviting guys to these shower things now????? I was forced -kicking and screaming- to a co-ed shower. Can you say, "WE WANT MORE GIFTS" .??? God, just put the down payment on a HOUSE and show your friends how much you love them by NOT having a big to-do.

Why not do a scavenger hunt that takes her to all the locations which can be memorable to her loved ones and her fiance? Nobody stated a bridal bathe has to remain at house. Have fun, get humans moving, and take her down memory lane. That you could continually have meals and grants at home afterwards :)

have a timer going from either your mother or grooms mother. Walk around with it while your opening up your gift. You can either have whenever it goes off have whomever gift your opening or the bride and give that person a gift or give a gift to whomever hears and and says what is that ringing. Its fun....

You can have questions about the bride and the one that guesses the most correct answers gets the a gift.
What's her favourite food (steak, spaghetti etc)
Where did they meet (school park etc)
Where they had their first date etc. etc..
You can put different spices (unmarked) in containers or baggies and the one that gets the most correct names of the spices gets a gift
There are hundreds of things you can do with a little imagination.
