If you want a relationship with him, talk to him. He might know that you like him, but that might not be enough to make him comfortable enough to ask you out or do anything about it.

talk to him the worst thing that could happen is he will say no and if he does Big deal there are at least 1 billion other guys on the planet but if you dont talk to him you will never know. I am a guy and I can honestly say Ive had similar situations happen plenty of times and If I would have let them go I would have missed out on meeting some cool people Who knows he may be the man of your dreams. I met my girlfriend from getting over that kind of shyness so dont be shy and go for it

Hi there: If the guy knows that you like him, he may be too shy or self-conscious to ask you for a date. On the other hand, this guy may have his reasons for not asking you out. Only you know the answer this question. Just be nice, be yourself, take the wait and see what happens attitude. Even in this day and age young man still love to pursue the young lady. Should you have a "Sadie Hopkins", where the girl asks the boy out, or where the girls has to ask the guy for a dance, either would be a great ice breaker. Good luck kiddo.......................

Unless, he is in arms with another girl at church:
I'd say start a conversation and see where it goes
from there. Don't rush in to in things too quickly, he may not be what he appears to be.
I know you want to follow your heart, but let your
brain and your faith guide you.

See if he will make a move, if not ask him to go to some church thing together. But, if you chase him too much, the thrill of the chase may be gone and he'll ignore you...

Depends on yall's age difference, and if he already has a girlfriend....stuff like that. If he knows you like him, why doesn't he make the first move? Is he shy or something? Or he may not like you. But you'll never know unless you act.

it depends on how much u like him. i mean if you kind of like him then let it go, but if you realy like him then talk to him and let him know who you are, he might like you and you might never know it.
