Going to disneyland next month and wanted to do Downtown Disney with my husband one night without the kids if possible. the hotel offers service but i'd like to see if anyone has ever actually used it before and how it all works.....

Make sure the babysitting company is bonded. You can ask for references also. If you are at a reputable hotel, they will be very careful as to who they recommend; they don't want unhappy guests or lawsuits.
