You did answer your own question, however the body also needs to be de-toxified, the yeast that clogs cells needs to go. Cells filled with oxygen cannot get cancer. The reason it is so prevalent today is because people eat prepared food outside of the house. And all the junk food, pop, refined sugar etc. does most of the work and cloggs cells, arteries etc.
