I really like a guy but EVERYTHING I do to see him or get his attention is misconstrued by him for e.g. I come by his workplace in hopes of seeing him but it looks like I'm there cuz I like another guy.That's just 1 example. This has got to mean only 1 thing - bad bad connection & just NOT meant to be?

Not necessarily. Could still work out. You just need to talk to him straight out, and quit beating around the bush, so to speak.

I wouldn't read so much into things. Keep trying, and if it keeps bombing in your face, then perhaps it isn't meant to be. Good things are worth not giving up on, as long as you are not stalking or annoying the guy. Don't worry so much. Relax and just let him see you for you - not for who you are hoping he'll see. When you try too hard, it can fall apart, so just relax. If it is meant to be, then it will happen. You can't force these things.
