that's far too thin... the average weight range for a female your height (I'm assuming you are over 18 years old)
should be between 120-130 lbs. (this all depends on body type too) I haven't found any sites that recommend a weight under 120 as healthy
the weight averages vary greatly when children under the age of 16 years of age are concerned

For 5ft 6, I think you are underweight. Your ideal weight should be around 120lbs. I hope yu're not anorexic or bulimic and using the info I give you to lose more weight. Anyone who thinks a 5ft 6 inch woman is healthy at 95lbs is nuts because it is very underweight.

For a women it is a bit small and for a man, YES. I am a 26/m at that height and I am a solid 190.

what do you starve yourself or something! im the same height and weigh 136 and that is normal! you need to gain like 20 pounds to really be a normal weight!
