Are you truly that bold ? Or are you cowards hiding behind a keyboard ? Would you stand against Islam and face the consequences, or submit in fear ??

Wussies like the people on here only take on people they know won't bother striking back. They'd never talk crap to someone that would cut their heads off.

I won't submit in fear -- martyrdom is acceptable if it furthers the end of fundamentalism. Fundamentalism of all types threatens democracy, and freedom. It must be stopped. I've had a good life, if I need to lose it to save the children yet unborn from the abomination that fundamentalism offers - then so be it. I have the advantage that a lot of people know that this is my position, so if I was killed, it would actually be martyrdom (in the Christian sense of the word -- remember the mainstream Christians?), and word of it would spread, the net is good that way.

In fact, related to what you say about Christianity being criticized. I think you will find that most of the people fighting FUNDAMENTALIST :Christianity, which is what gets attacked, are themselves Christian - from mainstream groups. The violence and hatred of FUNDAMENTALIST Islam are in fact what cows the vast majority (from what I can tell through our Islamic friends) of Muslims who are moderates and liberals.

We cannot allow fundamentalists of any stripe to win however. If they do, the race will deadend and humanity will cease over time. Those who live between now and the deadend will live sad, powerless lives. That is all too high a price for humanity to pay

It was a good question though, thank you for asking it..

God bless you.

Reyn

I wouldn't criticize anyone to their faces. And not only b'cause I'ma Muslim.Who would do that? Why would you do that to any one????????About any thing????????I have a story about something like that.
There was an 11 year old Iraqi boy who I new,was standing in a shopping senter, when some stranger came up to him and criticiezed Islaam strait dead in the face.He stared at him with a real hard core expresion on his face and said, "what are you talking about?"Then the boy just walked away, and cried. That comment hit him deep emotionally, but he didn't pull out an Arabian dagger, and slice the man's throat! That shows that he isn't so selfish as to do something so stupid, like that, when it would do nothing exept discrace Iraqis, and Islam.
This 11 year old boy is more fit for being the leader of Iraq than who is leading now.

They TRY to be bold with us... they try REALLY hard, in fact, but the question is whether they succeed in making their blinded and illogical points or not. Answer is, no, they do not :D!
They (MOST) like to judge and generalize: "One Muslim group kills, oh, yes! ALL Muslims must be killers!"
They enjoy hearing things against Islam and then pathetically believing that it's all true, without bothering to question what they hear. Perhaps because those who start LEARNING the TRUTH about Islam turn to Islam and become Muslims?... Yes, that's why. And, so, because of this, these anti-Muslims don't wanna learn the real Islam.
Sad, but oh, well; someday, they'll learn....May peace and blessings (of God) be upon them all.

Note to Flygirl. Sweet sister, is everything okay with you? Something bothering you up there? What's up with that evil talk, those evil words and names? And this is what I was talking abt when I said, "They like to generalize." I hope you feel better soon (Flygirl)! ;)

Americans are standing against Islam and facing the consequences so are a few other nations, and not submitting in fear, Islam is only proving to be a ignorant, murderous, terrorist religion if it was only a few then the rest would be condemning what they are doing but they don't so they are the same. Are you willing to strap a bomb to your chest and blow yourself up along with a bunch of innocent people?

I've very bold and would never back away from a debate about ANY religion. That being said, Christians are infinitely more annoying because you guys constantly try to convert people even after they have made it clear they aren't interested and you guys are always telling people they are going to hell.

first of all a muslim follows islam. they arent two separate classes of people (classes of people in the religious sense) and second, i have only critiziced christians who asked stupid questions. thirdly, muslims (on this forum at least) dont criticize atheists as much as christians do and for that i respect them. if one did to my face i would be more than glad to engage in a religous debate (argument) and if need be insult them to their face. and same with a christian if they did the same thing,

I would certainly share my beliefs about Islam and religion in general with any of its practicioners. Why should I worried? The majority of Muslims are peaceful people and wouldn't kill me if they could. If I happened to run into someone who falls in the minority of being extremist, I'd still say exactly how I feel. I would much rather be killed for what I feel then to live everyday knowing that I wasn't being true to myself.

I have CONFRONTED- not CRITICIZED a number of male muslims..... they get super defensive.. then get upset, and then go in to DENIAL.

When pressed, they finally admitted they were in favour of the World Wide Jihad that is taking place right now.

You must be so proud of those who murder in the name of your religion. Is there supposed to be something tough about strapping a bomb to yourself and crashing into a building with innocent women and children? Cowards kill innocents and themselves.
