Jdg 9:23 Then God sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the men of Shechem; and the men of Shechem dealt treacherously with Abimelech:
1Sa 16:14 But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.
1Sa 16:15 And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee.
1Sa 16:16 Let our lord now command thy servants, which are before thee, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on a harp: and it shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon thee, that he shall play with his hand, and thou shalt be well.
1Sa 16:23 And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took a harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.
2Sa 12:11 Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house, and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbor, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.
Pro 16:4 The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.
Isa 45:5 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
Isa 45:6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.
Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Yes, God created everything. Even things considered "evil", but everything has a purpose. When we judge evil, our judgement is based on what we know and have experienced. God knows and sees everything, therefore His judgement is much better than ours, so what appears evil to us is not necessarily evil. For instance, up until about 1990 forest fires were considered "evil", and were quickly extinguished. Then in 1988, fires stated in Yellowstone that quickly burned out of control because decades of pine needles and timber had collected on the ground, offsetting the natural cycle of things. From that experience we learned that fire is an integral and necessary part on life.
Instead of being arrogant and cynical, try humbling yourself and ask God to explain things to you. He said that He would answer your questions.

He did create everything, including EVIL. Which is Lucifer, the light-bearer, the root of all evil. Before Lucifer become evil he was an angel. I think he was the right hand of God. But he was sent to Hell because he wanted to be like God or something like that.

God created the possibility of evil. Without the choice to sin, free will could not exist. Without free will, everything we choose would not exist.

God created everything including Satan. Scripture and Church Tradition see in this being a fallen angel, called "Satan" or the "devil." The Church teaches that Satan was first a good angel, made by God: "the devil and the other demons were indeed created naturally good by God, but they became evil by their own doing." (Lateran Council !V).
Scripture speaks of the sin of these angels. This "fall" consists in the free choice of these created spirits, who radically and irrevocably rejected God and his reign.
Scriptural References: John 8,44; Revelation 12,9; 2 Peter 2,4; 1 John 3,8.
Have a great day!

God created evil. He gave us the ability to choose, separating us from the angels. He created Lucifer who then tried to rise above his station and was cast down out of Grace.

God did indirectly create evil, by creating Lucifer. Lucifer, later Satan, created things of his own. So sure, Satan makes a few things here and there, but God is the main creator.

actually he did create evil ... well kinda . Ex: tree of knowledge of good and evil, but the only reason he did is because he wanted humans to be given the choice to chose to do what is right and chose to follow him ... instead of making us all the same and commanding us to worshipped him.
