NOT AT ALL

prior to my husband--- i was with my high school sweetheart from the age of 13 to 22, we parted our friendly ways due to having no other experience except each other, and wanting to know what was out there, we had grown into different people, he met someone 3 months later and i met my guy 6 months later

my husband and i met on sept-1, labour day weekend, 6 months to the day my ex and i broke up, we moved in together two weeks after we met, we got engaged in march and married in october all within thirteen months, it was a whirlwind romance and i never looked back, when its right its right,
and i will say we are still happliy married today almost 20 years now and we are in our 40's and the wirlwind is there even today, not so much wind but we still have the wirl.

Well I wouldn't say too soon, love comes when you least expect it. Look at it this way obviously there was a reason why your 6 year relationship ended, its because you are meant to be with somebody else! Maybe he might be the guy, maybe not but please do move on, don't let your fear of your last relationship haunt you, don't dwell over it. Everything happens for a reason, people come into your life for a reason...Enjoy every single moment... Best of Luck!! :)

Only time will tell. Take it slowly, get to truly know each other. If it is truly the right one he will understand. I know people who met in the middle of a divorce, but took it very slowly for that reason. It worked out great and they are still together years later and more happy than either of them had ever been.

You don't want to wind up trying to get over a rebound relationship on top of your last break-up.
