You can't. You can, however, cut down on your fat intake, eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water, and exercize regularly including vigorous exercize 3 times a week. Doing that for 8 days will help you lose a few pounds and feel like you're in better shape.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

This is a totally unrealistic goal and I wouldn't even attempt considering that safe weight loss is 1-2lbs per week.If you're feeling sick or dizzy means you are not eating or hardly anything and you are putting yourself at risk of a heart attack-not eating or at least taking a Multivitamin/Mineral and eating healthy with replacing one meal like lunch with a meal replacement drink-will create a serious imbalance of your electrolites-the dizziness and sick feeling is a WARNING- which will end in a stroke. If you are very luck and do not have a stroke with death as the result you can also suffer permanent damage-organ damage, neurological damage and so forth. One must use common sense go to www.healthyeating.net to get foods ,hints and so on for healthy weight loss

Well, the human head only weighs 8 pounds, but cutting it off would definitley reduce your weight and pevent dizziness.
Ha, get real....losing 20 lbs. in just over a week is not possible. Better go shop for a bigger dress for that reunion or for whatever it is you are wanting to slim down.

You can't.
Twenty pounds in a week is impossible, short of starving yourself. The healthy recommendation for losing weight is \ 1-2 pounds a week. Honestly, I don't even think you lose that much if you don't eat /anything/ for a week and drink only water.

There is no safe way. You need to go to your Doctor and work out a good weight loss plan for you. The pounds taken off ion a crash diet come back two fold and you harm your body. Eat wisely

it is impossible to do for an average person who is less than 100+ lbs. overweight...
there really is no safe way to lose that much weight... and if anyone gives you an ideas I wouldn't try it if I were you... it's very risky on the body... you could go into shock and have a heart attack... please don't try it!
just try to appreciate who you are... we're not all the same

You can't. A pound of fat has about 3500 calories. So losing 20 pounds would mean burning 70,000 calories more than you burn; to do it in eight days would require burning 8,750 calories each day more than what you burn. Attempting this would be unhealthy enough to land you in the hospital, and wouldn't work anyway.
