I believe the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the Church of Sweden do ordain homosexual ministers.
The following Lutheran churches in the US do not ordain homosexual ministers:
Lutheran Church Missouri Synod
Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod
Evangelical Lutheran Synod
Church of Lutheran Confession
American Association of Lutheran Churches
Church of the Lutheran Brethren
Concordia Lutheran Conference
Lutheran Churches of the Reformation
Lutheran Confessional Synod
The Protes'tant Conference
World Confessional Lutheran Association
Lutheran churches that I am not sure, but most likely do not ordain homosexuals:
Apostolic Lutheran Church of America
Association Free Lutheran Congregations
Fellowship of Lutheran Congregations
Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church in America

Not all. Most of them will be in the ELCA. And I believe they are to be celibate gay pastors. There aren't priests in the Lutheran church. The Lutheran church I attended for awhile had a lesbian assistant pastor but she was celibate. And I know because she told me.

in ordinary terms being gay isn't a sin. Acts of gay intercourse are on account they violate the Christian Virtues of Chastity and Abstinence. And, once you communicate the fact priests take the vow of celibacy, what distinction does it make what a clergyman's sexual orientation is? do no longer use "baby sexual abuse interior the catholic church" as a source anymore.
