Tingling sounds like a pinched nerve or something. It is not a normal sign of aging - I am 39 and am not looking at facing the normal signs of aging yet. Talk to someone about it - your parents for a start. Personally I would head straight to my trust Chiropractor, but an overall health one, not a sports medicine guy. I think taking sleeping pills for this problem is very, very dangerous.

Peace!

At 22 your're NOT having aging symptons But I'd go see a doctor for what you are describing is strange,NOT Normal and it may be(not saying it is ) some nerve problem-only a Doctor can determine what the cause is but I wouldn't wait for some conditions get worse if not treated

This sounds like Restless Leg Syndrome to me, you should talk to a doctor. I have it and it comes and goes with no meds. but is certainly bothersome. Restless leg syndrome is a condition marked by unpleasant leg sensations at bedtime. Restless leg syndrome frequency leads to insomnia. The cause of restless leg syndrome is unknown in most patients, but many conditions have been associated with it. Treatment of restless leg syndrome is directed toward any underlying illness, if known.
Medications are available for restless leg syndrome.

I would talk to your doctor and explain these symptoms. If they started after you gave blood it's possible that you've become anemic and you need to take some medications or increase your iron.

Although you should talk to your doc just to be safe, it also could be the way you're laying or even your mattress. Try getting an inexpensive mattress pad for the top of your bed, or flipping your mattress.
