I have two perfectly symmetrical rings on my forearms arms, one on each. I've had them ever since I was a child, but since then I have never recieved a thorough explanation for what they are. I'd love to know and if anybody even has the slightest idea as to what they could be, I would really appreciate your input.

it could possibly be ringworms, or it could be as harmless as birth marks

It may be the scars from ringworm...if thats not it im not sure what it could be
