I eat choclate very now and again. It depends on the season. If it's a holiday like Christmas, I eat alot of chocolate, because it's in the house and I love it. If it's not a holiday, maybe once every one or two weeks or so.

A little bit everyday or every other day. Dark chocolate is supposed to be better for you than milk chocolate
